Arzano. Local police and the technical office raided an entire floor of the building belonging to the well-known designer brand factory. A raid launched this morning has currently led to the closure of the second floor of the building, with investigations into the entire concession, which could lead to dramatic developments. The license in question was cited in the dissolution documents of 2015 and 2019, which, in addition to calling into question its legitimacy, the Prefecture and the Ministry of the Interior reportedly determined that the building permits had been awarded by the manufacturing plant to two political figures, RE and RS, deemed to be associated with unsuitable environments. The concession in question also reportedly involved another raid by law enforcement, directly at the offices of the Municipality of Arzano, at the request of the Naples District Anti-Mafia Directorate, which thoroughly combed the offices, acquiring records and documents, particularly regarding the concessions granted to the business group by its director, Giovanni Napolitano. Investigators are targeting several suspicious building permits, as well as SUAP (Italian Public Works Administration) applications. The full implications of the raid have not yet been disclosed and could lead to significant breakthroughs in the investigation.
