VFriday, June 14, at 19.00:XNUMX p.m., at the headquarters of the Il Torchio Association in Somma Vesuviana, the appointment with the Aromi di Parole review is renewed. The protagonist, this time, is Niko Mucci, actor, director and writer, with his latest book of poems Baionette le parole.
The evening will be led by journalist Ilaria Varriano in a journey through words, reflections, readings interspersed with the notes of the musical trio composed of Jolanda Raia, Vincenzo Raia and Antonio D'Alessandro.
“Writing poetry, for some a necessity, for others the search for oneself through writing, for me a natural, instinctive thing,” says Niko Mucci, a multifaceted artist who has collaborated with and supported Il Torchio for years, “often done in one go with just a few corrections.
Poems that are generally not very long, almost like fleeting thoughts, brief reflections, which as soon as they realize they are taking themselves too seriously, veer towards lightness, after having expressed the concept, almost as if they regret having used a medium, the word, so potentially exciting and significant. After all, for me who deals with communication through means such as theater and music, the logical next step for the creation of an expressive and significant trinity.” The “Aromi di Parole” review was born with the intent of offering a voice to authors who, over the years, have been able to develop a strong bond with the Sommese territory. The title is intended to pay homage to the rediscovered setting of the Parco degli Aromi, where the headquarters of Il Torchio is located, which, after a recent redevelopment project, is increasingly a public meeting place where the beauty of the landscape and the language of art and culture can be combined.
Entrance to the evening is free.
