The trial against Vincenzo Corrado, 31 years old, from Arpaia, was held at the Court of Benevento, before the Single Judge Dr. Loffredo, accused, together with other people, of the crimes of serious harm, serious threat and private violence, committed in 2015, against 2 transporters, whom they allegedly prevented from leaving a yard of a company in Airola, defended by the lawyer Vittorio Fucci.
At the end of the hearing, the Judge, accepting the thesis of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, acquitted Corrado for not having committed the crime.
