Twelve of the 126 people targeted by precautionary measures issued two days ago as part of the major joint raid coordinated by the Naples Prosecutor's Office against the so-called "Secondigliano Alliance" are located in South America and Europe, obviously in Italy but also in Spain, the Netherlands, and the Balkans. These include 125 arrests, in prison and under house arrest, and a ban on residence in Campania, issued by the Naples investigating judge, Roberto D'Auria of the 12th section at the request of the DDA, notified by the Carabinieri of the Naples Provincial Command (led by Colonel Ubaldo Del Monaco), by the soldiers of the Anti-Crime Unit of the Naples ROS (coordinated by Lieutenant Colonel Gianluca Piasentin), by the Naples State Police (Police Commissioner Alessandro Giuliano), and by the Finance Police of the Naples Provincial Command (General Gianluigi D'Alfonso). Among those wanted is: Maria Licciardi, known as the little girl, sister of the deceased boss Gennaro Licciardi, known as a' scigna among the founders of the Alliance, formed by the criminal families Contini, Bosti and Mallardo all related to each other through marriage to the three sisters Nunzia, Anna and Rita Aieta and precisely from the Licciardi family of the Masseria Cardone in Secondigliano. Seven wanted people, through investigative activities of the Arma's billions, were identified beyond the national borders, where they had moved permanently or temporarily to manage illicit activities, such as drug trafficking, on behalf of the Alliance. For those who had moved permanently for "work reasons", therefore already identified, extradition procedures have been started. Some are still wanted in collaboration with Interpol. In the more than two thousand pages of the precautionary order, a cross-section of the power of the criminal group is drawn that had total control of the illicit activities in the city and that had made the San Giovanni Bosco hospital its operational base.
