Casavatore. Shocking statements, the video criminis disappeared. Perhaps the clumsy attempt to mislead the Prosecutor's Office. "Dear squalid newsagent": Councilor Ferdinando Vozzella also attacks journalists. A clumsy attempt, perhaps advised by the newly formed government majority or by some lawyer, to make the video disappear from Nadia Sarnataro's profile in which politicians, those under special surveillance, clan members, drug traffickers and those accused of mafia vote-trading are immortalized all together celebrating the election of the mayor. But what leaves one even more stunned is the deafening silence of Mayor Luigi Maglione who could and should have intervened to condemn such behavior. “Fb asks me what I’m thinking about, well, I’m thinking about pseudo journalists who still write infamies, like challenging the state and various bullshit – writes Vozzella in one of his many comments accompanying the journalistic articles -. I just want to point out, even if it’s not the case, that the sentences I said in the various videos are directed towards those who called us delinquents, and to the one I had already warned that I was electorally shooting holes in his head. Dear squalid journalist, it’s useless for you to make insinuations and draw false and disrespectful conclusions about people you don’t even know. You have always been at the service of power, the real one. Get informed, but seriously and honestly, if you can, given how you work as a journalist, about people and their true history, as politicians and as men. I didn’t even want to consider you, as I have always done, but unfortunately now you’ve exaggerated. People know well who my words are directed at, other than challenging the state, in the history of my family, from generations, there has never been anyone, I stress no one, who has had open accounts with justice. Therefore I invite all of you, including the instigator, to stick to the truth and not to invent it. Having a press card is not enough to be a journalist! ". Meanwhile, the video has made the rounds of national news and newspapers since those filmed kissing and hugging the committee of the newly elected mayor Ferdinand Vozzella, whose name appears in the dissolution documents, who turns to the camera and placidly states in a challenging manner: "Ca ve salute tutte e delinquent ca stevn cu Maglione", continuing "T'aggia fatt e buc n'cap" and in a refrain "To prumettet' e te' l'aggia fatt', e buc' ncap te l'aggia fatt". Celebrating, embraced by Vozzella, is the former special surveillance subject Massimo Manichini. Maglione, who during the electoral campaign never made a secret of his relations with her, so much so that he publicly thanked her, is filmed elbow to elbow with the former mayor Lorenza Orefice, declared ineligible by the Court after the dissolution for Camorra in which her specific responsibilities emerged, and in turn also accused of mafia vote-trading, threats to the electorate with one of her family members in close relations with a prominent member of the Amato-Pagano clan. Celebrating with Maglione was a well-known international drug trafficker whose presence is being examined by investigators and Mauro Ramaglia, husband of Sarnataro (both accused of mafia vote trading together with his wife) and whose name would have been the precursor of the mafia investigations in Casavatore as it appeared written on a note found in the pockets of the boss killed in 2015 Ciro Cortese. Always behind the mayor Maglione was Domenico Fiore, cited in the dissolution documents as the nephew of the right-hand man of the boss Aniello La Monica killed in an ambush. Fiore, as written in the dissolution documents, would maintain close relationships with members of the clans.
