Apartments, land, commercial premises, garages, and offices: 30 state-owned properties are up for sale in Campania. The announcement from the State Property Agency concerns properties of varying shapes, types, and locations, with a total starting price of €2,4 million. The properties are distributed throughout Campania: nine in the province of Benevento, seven in the province of Caserta, seven in the province of Naples, six in the province of Salerno, and one in the province of Avellino. These include a prestigious property in the historic center of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (Caserta), two apartments in need of renovation in the Rione Alto neighborhood of Naples, a spacious apartment in Agropoli (Salerno), and a stately home in the Cilento area of the picturesque village of Torraca (Salerno). The deadline for submitting bids is 12:00 PM on July 29. To win individual lots, bids must be equal to or higher than the starting price set in the auction. The tender is part of the State Property Agency's property sales plan, which has been ongoing since January 2019.
