A neighborhood in Ercolano is isolated and unreachable due to large piles of garbage that have covered the road, invading the entire carriageway.
Via Alessandro Rossi is impassable for cars and motorcycles. You can only walk along it by climbing over the mountain of smelly garbage dumped in the street. With the heat the stench becomes even more unbearable. Citizens hope for a quick removal of the waste and fear that someone exasperated might set fire to garbage making the situation even more serious.
