Incredible what happened in Ercolano at the free beach of the Borbonico pier. The municipality had the beach cleaned, showers installed for the citizens, a fountain for the bathers: everything stolen and cannibalized.
Bitter outburst from Mayor Ciro Buonajuto: “I am speechless. I can already imagine that there will be those who will tell me that we need cameras, checks and armed guards. But if we need to put a camera or a guard to check all the taps and light bulbs in the city, we must ask ourselves a few questions: is it possible that the majority of good people must succumb to the incivility of a few disgusting people? I think that the only solution is for all good people to unite together to condemn and fight against these few scoundrels. We good people are many more, but only if we are united will we be able to defeat these disgusting people.
