For organizational reasons, the concert “Figli di un re minore” with Gigi D'Alessio and Nino D'Angelo, originally scheduled for June 20, 21 and 22 at the Arena Flegrea in Naples, has been postponed to September 21, 22 and 23. The many fans who enthusiastically welcomed the event and who have already purchased tickets will therefore have to wait a little longer to see the two great artists on stage. Tickets already purchased are valid for the new dates (specifically, the ticket purchased for June 21 will be valid for the show on September 20, the ticket purchased for June 22 will be valid for the show on September 21, while the ticket for June 23 will be valid for the show on September 22). Below, for those who wish to request it, are the ticket refund methods:
- for refunds for tickets purchased at a point of sale, you can contact the point of sale where you purchased them no later than June 26;
- for the refund of tickets purchased online on the TicketOne website or via call center with the 'collection at the event location' option, you can write to the email address: ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it no later than June 26;
- For refunds for tickets purchased online on the TicketOne website or via call center using the 'express courier delivery' method, you can send the ticket via registered mail with return receipt, no later than June 26 (the date of the postmark will be considered valid) to the address: TicketOne SpA – Via Vittor Pisani 19 – 20124 Milan (Ca Divisione Commercio Elettronico).
