English: The ASL of Caserta launches the new e-CUPT app, which allows you to conveniently book specialist visits and outpatient tests from your smartphone, tablet or PC. A change in line with the times that will bring a breath of fresh air to the habits of hundreds of thousands of citizens of the province of Caserta, who will no longer be forced to wait in long lines. The e-CUPT platform, both App and Web, can be used by everyone for free, just download the App directly from your smartphone on the Play Store or Apple Store or via PC, register and fill in all the mandatory fields only once. The system also gives you the possibility of registering the family members you are caring for under a single profile. To make a reservation, simply open e-CUPT, select who you want to make the reservation for (for yourself or for a family member), and enter the prescription codes using the smartphone camera or simply by typing them in the appropriate spaces. e-CUPT will show the user the best options in terms of waiting time and proximity to his/her residence for the provision of the requested services. The user will always be able to decide to choose a place of care and a date different from the first offers. Reservations can be made at any time, even outside the hours of operation of the other booking channels (counters, call centers, pharmacies, municipalities, doctors, etc.). With e-CUPT it will also be possible to cancel a visit conveniently and without queuing, thus avoiding incurring the expected penalties, and it will soon also be possible to pay for the booked services in order to drastically reduce the time needed for all those operations other than the visit itself.
