Yesterday afternoon at 4:30 pm, the "Nun vac 'e press' tour" (an event reserved for press and communications professionals) began at the Akademia Cucina & More in Lucrino, officially launching "Malazè" 2019. The Campi Flegrei food and wine event, conceived by Rosario Mattera, will take place from September 14th to 24th and is now in its 14th edition. After a presentation of the 2019 program, illustrated by Mattera himself, journalists, bloggers, and food and wine professionals were accompanied on a discovery tour of Lake Averno. Stops included the Temple of Apollo, Cantine dell'Averno, Masseria Sardo, and Il Giardino dell' Orco. Finally, in the evening, the beach party at Alma Beach with chefs and artisans of taste.
