E' Giuseppe Mercuri, the 68-year-old pensioner from Pago Veiano, probably drowned and found three days after his disappearance in a deep, water-filled grave last Monday. This is the first hypothesis of the coroner, Massimiliano Dell'Aquila, who performed the autopsy. However, certainty can only be given to the family members after the 90 days requested for histological tests. A story with a sad epilogue that sees three people under investigation by the prosecutor's office: two heirs of the land in Contrada Torre where Mercuri's body was found and a third person who cultivated part of it. The hypothesis is that the 68-year-old accidentally fell into the grave because he was not visible.
