English: "We are horrified by the reports from citizens showing the state of degradation in which the San Martino viewpoint finds itself in the early morning, after the passage of the uncivilized movida that, practically every evening, violates with incivility and rudeness one of the most suggestive places in the city of Naples. The frequenters of the viewpoint are mostly young people who stay until late at night, drinking drinks that they then abandon on the viewpoint or, worse, throw on the stretch of the Pedamentina below, transforming the steps and San Martino into open-air landfills. There are numerous cases of cakes abandoned on the wall by those who decide to celebrate their birthday there without even bothering to clean up after having spent time with their guests". This is what the regional councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli and the municipal councilor of the Sole che Ride Marco Gaudini say. "Unfortunately - continue Borrelli and Gaudini - the phenomena listed are habitual and represent a slap in the face to the decorum of a magnificent place that deserves much better care. For our part, we will not remain idle in the face of a disgrace that, in our perception, is exponential. We have sent a note to the municipal police asking to intensify controls and, above all, to fine across the board anyone caught abandoning or throwing waste”.
