There are many things to do: we need to impact on various aspects, we need to give dignity first of all to the many workers who, despite a thousand difficulties, still carry on this company, which we remember is the largest in Europe, then at the same time we need to give dignity to the citizens who turn to us to have health responses worthy of the name, give Humanization, quality of assistance, quality of interventions, certainty of care, reduce waiting lists, increase the so-called LEA. There is still a lot to do to improve and we are convinced that with the help of the new commissioner structure in the person of engineer Ciro Verdoliva these things can be implemented, provided that finally the things that are gradually agreed upon are then actually transported and implemented in all the facilities and throughout the territory, we must act quickly, intervene on the emergency / urgency network, strengthen and train the 118 service more and more strengthen the emergency areas in particular the Ps definitively and seriously strengthen the hospital / territory integration a territory that in recent years has been completely abandoned. Immediately restart competitions or mobility for new doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, technicians, midwives and administrative staff, once and for all start guidelines, protocols and procedures that are the same and shared by everyone and throughout the company, focus on training operators in order to reduce as much as possible the famous sentinel events that have been paradoxically increasing in the last period and above all relaunch the hospital of the sea and try to make it become in all respects one of the excellences of healthcare in our city. Insist on finally providing a real organization, providing a command direction, finally holding competitions for health directors of the hospitals, for the Chief Physicians and for the nursing coordinators.
