The text messages to the two teenagers came from the tablet used by the teacher who justified himself by saying that someone had used it without his knowledge to frame him. The two victims were summoned to the prosecutor's office in Naples in recent days and confirmed all the accusations. One of them reported the teacher out of jealousy after finding out about the relationship with the other student.
A liaison emerges that was not only expressed via chat and email in the investigations of the Carabinieri involving the professor. The investigative activity, coordinated by the "weak groups" section of the Naples Prosecutor's Office, began a few months ago after the complaint filed by one of the two girls. In both cases, the relationships were consensual but still illegal and punishable by law, if proven. Relationships that could have been reported, in the end, even just for reasons of jealousy. What put the professor in a bad position were certainly the messages with clearly hot content, sent to the girls. Messages, it was ascertained by the investigators, originated from the professor's tablet. He, however, has so far maintained that the device would have been used in his absence by someone intent on playing a dirty trick on him. The first investigations carried out by the investigators exclude, at the moment, that there was unauthorized access to the tablet but the investigations continue to shed full light on the matter, in the interest of both the suspect and the alleged victims. The two girls, after the complaint, were summoned to the Public Prosecutor's Office and there, accompanied by their respective parents, they dispelled the doubts of the two deputy prosecutors in charge of the case who then requested and obtained from the investigating judge the precautionary measure of house arrest. The teacher, during the preliminary hearing, will have the opportunity to answer the questions that will be asked by the investigating judge to try to provide his explanation for the facts that are contested and that the investigating judge himself considered serious. The professors and the non-teaching staff of the high school defend the teacher tooth and nail, describing him as a serious, rigorous and esteemed professional. The investigators, however, believe they have acquired sufficient evidence to suggest that the teacher, instead of protecting his students, as his role requires, instead indulged in criminally relevant behavior, sexual relations not characterized by violence but still punishable, if proven.
