It happened yesterday in NAPLES, where a 45-year-old from Calvizzano, GS, already known to the police, was arrested for robbery and is awaiting trial with a direct trial. The attempted robbery occurred yesterday afternoon: the man entered the store pretending to be interested in the silver statue of a horse and, taking advantage of the fact that the jeweler was busy with another customer, he reached into the window, grabbed the statue and ran away. The shopkeeper tried to stop him but the robber punched him in the chest, earning his escape along Via Santa Brigida. Two off-duty carabinieri, alarmed by the screams coming from the store, chased him and stopped him after about a hundred meters.
