Naples. Amodio Di Donato, a 52-year-old from Scampia already known to the police, and Gemito Salvatore, a 20-year-old with no criminal record: these are the two men arrested during the night by the Operations Unit of the Naples Stella Company.
The military surprised them on the roof of the “Lotto T/A” public housing complex while they were removing a brick from the wall of the stairwell. From the safe installed in the space created behind the brick, Gemito and Di Donato were taking narcotics likely intended for dealing. The military, having stopped the two individuals, found and seized 1851 doses of cocaine with a total weight of 1 kilo and 712 grams and 399 doses of crack for a total weight of 88 grams. After the formal procedures, the arrested individuals were locked up in the Poggioreale prison.
