This is what the President of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca, wrote about the little girl injured in recent days during a shooting in Piazza Nazionale, Naples. “We gave Noemi – he added – the doll of the mermaid Partenope, mascot of the Naples 2019 Summer Universiade. She was very happy, a hymn to life. We will continue to be close to Noemi, who has finally returned home, and to her family”.
