Illegal moorings seized by the Port Authority of Naples between Nisida and Coroglio

“We are pleased with the results of the operation conducted by the Port Authority of Naples, which seized the illegal moorings that had occupied a body of water of about 400 square meters between Nisida and Coroglio without authorization. There were 14 boats positioned inside the moorings, without authorization and in a restricted area. The person responsible was reported for illegal occupation and the moorings used to facilitate the moorings were seized.” This was stated by the regional councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli. “Often the illegal moorings are managed by the Camorra which, by appropriating entire bodies of water in an unauthorized manner, does a roaring trade during the summer months. Today's operation represents an effective form of contrast to these phenomena. Our hope is that the censorship activity will continue without respite in the coming months until the shorelines are freed of all the moorings set up without any type of authorization.”
