Carabinieri officers from the Cercola station arrested a 35-year-old man with no criminal record from Pollena Trocchia for possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. He was observed suspiciously on the street and stopped and searched. In his pants pocket, officers found a small tin containing six doses of marijuana. During the investigation, which was extended to his home, the rest of the information was discovered: in his bedroom, he was hiding a food container containing approximately 70 grams of the drug.
in total the carabinieri seized approximately 77 grams of drugs in addition to 2 electronic scales and plastic bags. After the arrest formalities the 35-year-old was placed under house arrest.
