Almost 54 thousand people are taking part in the selection process for the 2980 positions in 'Navigator'

 There will be 53.907 applicants for the 2.980 Navigator positions available through ANPAL, who will flock to Fiera di Roma for the selection process over the next three days. The majority of them are women (73%), and half are between the ages of 30 and 40. 31% have a law degree and many come from the South. The profile was drawn up by monitoring carried out by Anpal Servizi which shows that in absolute terms the female candidates admitted to the test are 39.528, 29.193 come from the South, mostly from Campania (9.420), Sicily (8.580) and Puglia (4.960), predominantly with degrees in law (16.953), psychology (12.080) and economics-business sciences (7.242), in an age group up to 40 years for 41.291 aspiring Navigators. – The selection process of 53.907 candidates, which will take place at the Rome Fair from 18 to 20 June, will result in 2.980 suitable profiles to fill the positions envisaged by Anpal Servizi in the Navigator distribution plan for each area of ​​Italy, developed with the aim of standardising employment service standards across the country. The Campania region has the greatest need for Navigators (471), with the province of Naples alone providing 274. Sicily follows with 429 positions, of which 125 are in Palermo and 100 in Catania. In the north, Lombardy has 329 Navigators, of which 76 are in Milan and 50 in Brescia, while in central Italy, Lazio is the region with the greatest need for coverage, with 273 operators, 195 in the province of Rome. The collaboration contract awarded to the Navigator, explains ANPAL, runs until April 30, 2021, and provides a gross annual compensation of €27.338,76, plus a €300 gross monthly lump sum reimbursement for travel, food, and lodging expenses incurred while completing the assignment. "The Navigator," the statement states, "will be the central figure in the technical assistance provided to the Employment Centers, selected and trained to support their services and integrate into the new context characterized by the introduction of the Citizen's Income. The objective of this contract is to provide technical assistance to the Employment Centers, enhancing active regional policies—including case management—to be integrated and implemented with the innovative methodologies and techniques that will be adopted for the Citizen's Income."
