Sseized 500 quintals of The Forestry Carabinieri of AVELLINO seized 500 quintals of protein flours as part of checks on the traceability and marketing of animal by-products. In a warehouse of a company in the Ufita Valley, 30 cubic meters of hazardous waste had been accumulated, including contaminated packaging. The seized flours were intended for the production of pet food and biscuits for pets. The entrepreneur was reported at large and fined 11.500 euros.
