held jointly responsible for the crime referred to in art. 73 of Presidential Decree 309/90 aggravated under 112 of the Criminal Code for having made use of persons under the age of 18 and of a non-indictable minor of 10 years. During the search carried out during the arrest of Rita Ferraiuolo, inside the building located in Parco Poverelli, where the active drug dealing area was located, a package containing approximately 20 grams of cocaine was found in a crack, and the substance was seized from unknown persons, while Rita Ferraiuolo was accompanied to the office and then detained at the Women's Prison in Pozzuoli. At the same time, the same measure was carried out against Andrea EVACUO and Pasquale EVACUO, respectively Ferraiuolo's husband and son, the latter already detained at the Poggioreale Prison in Naples. All the subjects involved in the affair have previous convictions for repeated violations of the regulations on narcotics.

The investigation activity, carried out from 13.01.2018 with a conduct continuing until 24.09.2018, and with further subsequent findings also in recent months, has allowed us to ascertain that on the first floor of one of the buildings in the agglomeration known as “Palazzine dei Poverelli”, a drug dealing square had been set up which belonged to the EVACUO/FERRAIUOLO family. In particular, the woman, Rita Ferraiuolo, demonstrated a marked aptitude in organizing the activity, while her husband Evacuo Andrea, although subjected to the precautionary measure of house arrest, actively participated in the sales to the subjects who went to the home, while her son Pasquale, former footballer of Sorrento, carried out the deliveries of the narcotic by going to the places established from time to time, going as far as the Sorrento peninsula where, by virtue of the knowledge acquired, he had accredited his image as a “pusher”. at the home address of EVACUO Andrea, on the evening of December 15, 2018, some unknown subjects fired 12 gunshots at the external veranda of his home and on that occasion one shot accidentally wounded a man, who was in the house at the time.

The drug dealing activity was continuous. The suspects, moreover, used the apartment where they lived (the entrance of which is well protected by an iron grate) as a real drug dealing house. The police, using technical activities ordered by the Prosecutor's Office, ascertained the large volume of business in the "drug dealing square". The drug deals were mainly carried out by pushers who took turns in physically conducting the dealing, protected by lookouts who monitored the entire area with patrols and surveillance, right on the main avenue of the Palazzine. The pushers fulfilled the requests for drugs that each individual buyer booked by directly contacting the woman or husband who, having collected the orders, organized the delivery which varied according to the circumstances or the familiarity of the relationships developed with the buyer. The investigations allowed each individual pusher, lookout and supporter to be identified. Furthermore, it was possible to seize the cocaine sold and report each individual buyer to the Prefects of Naples and Salerno for administrative violations pursuant to art. 75 DPR 309/90. These were very often repeated violations since the buyers, coming from the hinterland of Naples and Salerno, even after the seizure of the narcotic substance, did not hesitate to contact the pushers again to buy new doses.
