Thirty-one Napoli Ultras on trial: Veronesi civil party

It was November 5, 2017 and in Verona Napoli was playing against Chievo. On June 25, thirty-one Neapolitans (three of the suspects have already been dismissed with the consequent revocation of the 'daspo' and 'expulsion orders') will be called to answer for the crimes of damage and private violence for having attempted to break down the entrance door of the 'Bar Oro Bianco' in Corso Cavour 20/A, while dozens of Veronese were inside. From the photos taken by the forensic police in the moments immediately following the attempted fight by some of the Neapolitans, several dozen Veronese fans can be seen pouring out into the street after the Neapolitans had left. The latter, unable to enter the place, with the yellow and blues blocking the entrance with stools, allegedly tried to break the glass door with Hellas supporters' stickers on it. The immediate complaint of the owner of the bar, which has now changed its name to 'Vecchia Latteria Modigliani', where the music video for 'Verona è la mia città' by Gesta Bellica and the Sumbu Brothers was also filmed, provided the Verona Police Headquarters with useful information to investigate the Neapolitans. 

Ceruti Alan in fact first told the police officers who intervened after the events, then added some details in the following days. In addition to claiming that the ambush was carried out by some Azzurri fans who arrived on board cars and vans, described precisely, Ceruti highlighted that that day the assailants had been around the city for an hour before. Determining the acquisition of the frames from the video surveillance cameras of the city center, by the investigators, and thus allowing the identification of the same. Now the Judge of the Court of Verona, Alessia Silvi, will have to evaluate the validity of the accusatory hypothesis formulated by the Public Prosecutor Maria Beatrice Zanotti, next to whom the civil party Alan Ceruti will sit against the Neapolitan defendants, through his lawyer, to confirm to the judiciary what he declared to the patrol car that intervened in Corso Cavour on 5.11.2017, to the PM on 6.11.2017 with a written document and to the DIGOS of Verona on 8.11.2017 in the summary information stage, also claiming financial compensation. The trial will begin shortly.
