SThe Bufala Fest 2019 mosaic is enriched by another important piece. In fact, for the first time in a food event, all thirteen pizzerias belonging to the Unione Pizzerie Storiche Napoletane “Le Centenarie” will be present, each with its own stand, on the occasion of the next edition of “Bufala Fest – non solo mozzarella”, the food and wine festival dedicated to the promotion and valorization of the entire buffalo supply chain, scheduled in Naples, from August 31 to September 8, 2019, on Lungomare Caracciolo. Each of the thirteen pizzerias present will propose a recipe ad hoc for the event, foreseeing the use of at least one product from the buffalo supply chain.
