Hearing cancelled due to excessive heat. The lawyers involved in the trial before the sole judge Maisto of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere court have decided, in fact, to join the protest of the Criminal Chamber against the conditions in which the trials are held. The hearing was related to the trial for absenteeism at the Municipality of Orta di Atella which sees over 70 people accused. The investigations of the Carabinieri led to a blitz with the notification of 24 precautionary measures of the obligation to report to the judicial police. The precautionary measures concerned only the employees accused of a high number of violations. The defendants were caught by the videos of the cameras that had been placed inside the offices. But since the trial room was not air conditioned, the lawyers asked for and obtained a postponement until November.
