A month was not enough to restore the critical conditions of Carolina D'Orso, sixty-four years old. The woman was trapped in her car, which suddenly caught fire, last June 9: Carolina was in the locality of San Prisco, in the province of Caserta.
Admitted to the Cardarelli hospital in Naples due to the serious burns she suffered, the woman breathed her last a few days ago.
An autopsy has been performed on the body, and the body should be released in the next few hours, on the occasion of the funeral which has been set for Saturday, at 10.30 am, at the Buon Pastore Church in Caserta.
