Hits a cyclist and runs away: hunt for the hit-and-run driver

A Smart car ran over him while he was riding his bicycle, but the driver preferred to flee without stopping to provide assistance. This is what happened on Monday evening in San Nicola la Strada, shortly after 21 pm, outside the 'La Selva' park. The victim was thrown to the ground in the impact and, fortunately, was immediately helped by some passers-by. The police and ambulance then intervened on the scene, which found a broken hand for the victim of the accident. Investigations are now underway to try to trace the car that caused the accident: essential help could come from the mirror that the Smart lost in the impact with the bicycle and from the cameras of some shops in the area.
