During its last meeting on July 3, the Council of the Metropolitan City of Naples unanimously approved the Statute establishing the Youth Forum of the Metropolitan City of Naples.
With this measure, the Metropolitan City will also equip itself with the most widespread and active tool for youth participation in the res publica in Campania.
The President of the Youth Forum of the City of Torre del Greco Mattia Maio expresses great satisfaction:
“With the approval of the Statute, finally all the Municipal Forums of the Metropolitan City of Naples will be able to have a coordination and support body. After many months of work, the idea that started with the Forums of Torre del Greco, Torre Annunziata, Castellammare and Ercolano, and then shared and improved with most of the Forums of the metropolitan area, has become reality.
An important body, the first of its kind among the Metropolitan Cities, which we hope can be incisive in the policies of the Metropolitan City and, above all, promote the creation of Municipal Forums for Cities that are still without one”.
