Mariglianella, Nursery School: Maintenance Work Started

In Mariglianella at the Nursery School in Via Torino on Monday 8th July the
works of an exhaustive maintenance intervention. The Municipal Administration, led
by the Mayor Felice Di Maiolo, with the Councillor for Public Works, Arcangelo Russo, of
concert with the City Councilor Pina Sodano, Delegate for Schools, starting from
from the 2018-2019 school year, it catered to the child school population
which could therefore have new wooden rides in the green area, as a replacement
of the previous obsolete and unusable ones as decided by the council act n.
95/2017.
The above mentioned school year having ended, the Municipal Administration now takes note
the occasion of the summer school break, to carry out a maintenance intervention for
the Nursery School of the IC “G. Carducci”, in Via Torino in Mariglianella, for a
perfect restyling to present to students for the next school year 2019-2020.
The works that will start on Monday 8th July have been entrusted to a specialized company by
Head of the Municipal Technical Service, Eng. Arcangelo Addeo, with determination of
own competence, financed through MIUR funds, are aimed at replacing
of the waterproof sheathing of the attic slab, to the painting of the classrooms and the
facade and railings, to the redevelopment of the external area, to the restoration, where
it is necessary, of the sidewalk and the general safety of the school.
The Mayor, Felice Di Maiolo, the Councillor for Public Works, Arcangelo Russo, and the
City Councilor Pina Sodano, Delegate for Schools, assured that "the
boys and girls will find their place at the beginning of the next school year
school even more beautiful, welcoming and safe. Their joy will be ours
gratification and rewards us for our tireless commitment as Administrators
Municipal. Our action is directed first and foremost at the world of school, at teachers
and to the students, also for the peace of mind of their families, in compliance with the regulations
in force and of the programmatic lines of this Municipal Administration".
