Mugnano, work begins in the cemetery for the construction of 96 cinerary niches

Work has begun on the construction of 96 cinerary niches. The project, which began in recent days inside the cemetery in via Mugnano – Calvizzano, will last a couple of months. By October, citizens will be able to use the niches to deposit the ashes of their loved ones. “The restyling of the central avenue, the facade of the church and the external walls will begin soon,” explains the chairman of the board of directors Gabriele Vallefuoco, “which will completely change the image of the cemetery, as well as being essential for the safety of citizens. Measures taken in total synergy with the municipal administration.” Mayor Luigi Sarnataro is satisfied: “I thank the president and all the members of the board of directors, who have fully implemented our directives by redeveloping and improving our cemetery. The project that has just begun will give greater dignity and decorum to those people who choose to be cremated, to whom the new niches will be destined.”
