“Yet another attempt to sabotage the Campania Express tourist train by unidentified people, but whose sole objective is to exacerbate tempers and cause disorder, has been repeated today”. This is what can be read in a note released by the Vesuvio Autonomous Authority that manages the Circumvesuviana railway. The incident occurred “on the train departing at 14.39:XNUMX p.m. from Sorrento station and headed for Naples, some people staged the now well-known charade, occupying the tourist train and causing delays that, obviously, have repercussions not only on the Campania Express but on all trains running on the Naples-Sorrento line, penalizing all travelers. Only the intervention of the police restored calm, allowing the train to depart and circulation to resume”. The Company, the note concludes, “will file a detailed complaint with the competent police for interruption of public service”.
