Naples. Can you park on sidewalks just because you have a permit from the Campania Regional Council? In Naples it seems so. It happened late yesterday afternoon in via Marrone in Pianura. The photos attached to the article were sent to us by a citizen who was walking his disabled mother in a wheelchair. “I don’t know whose car it was or who parked it,” explained the citizen from Pianura, “but the regional councilor’s pass was clearly visible on the windshield. Does this person know that pedestrians are supposed to walk on sidewalks? My mother in a wheelchair had to walk in the middle of the road, with all the dangers that that entails. Congratulations to this genius.”
