Naples. Salita Pontecorvo in the Avvocata neighborhood, a street in the Second Municipality, is increasingly becoming a symbol of abandonment and decay. The numerous complaints and reports from Michele Onorato of the association e sfida seem to be failing to dent the incivility of some residents. "While the Universiade is underway in sports facilities in Naples and Campania," Onorato says sarcastically, "in these parts of Naples, the 'Monnezziadi 2019' is underway. The competitions take place at all hours of the day and night. And whoever brings in the most garbage wins. We are tired of the degradation and neglect by the institutions. Greater oversight would prevent all this chaos."
