Naples. Saturday afternoon, State Police officers from the Flying Squad and the San Ferdinando Police Station arrested Giuseppe Esposito and Vittorio Macina, 44 and 61, for possession and dealing of narcotics.
The complex investigations led the police to two criminals from the Pallonetto area of Santa Lucia, about to leave for northern Italy ready to supply those drug dealing areas with cocaine.
Last July 6, the police intercepted a small car that was speeding along Via Marina and which, upon seeing the police, tried to escape by performing dangerous evasive maneuvers in traffic.
The men were stopped shortly before the car managed to enter the motorway entrance on Via Reggia di Portici. When checked, the two were found in possession of over 100 grams of cocaine, well packaged and hidden in their clothes. The two, already known to the police, were arrested and the cocaine seized.
