“We were sent a video showing a marriage proposal at the Sant'Antonio viewpoint in Posillipo. This is what the regional councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli and the councilor of the Sole che Ride in the I Municipality Giovanni Caselli say. “The area of the Sant'Antonio viewpoint – they continue – is continuously violated by violated by illegal parking attendants, baby gangs on scooters and other phenomena of illegality.
