The great Universiade event, unfortunately, is awakening the basest appetites of criminals and scammers. In three days, two episodes have seen members of the delegations that came to the city as victims. This is an excess that the city cannot afford”. These are the words of the regional councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli and the host of “La Radiazza” on Radio Marte Gianni Simioli. “We ask all decent people to direct and lend a hand to all foreigners who are in the city, especially when they are victims of episodes like this.
