At 21.30:1 pm, at the Teatro Politeama, for the International section, Contes Immoraux part 1943: Maison Mère, artistic direction, choreography and performance Phia Ménard, will debut in a national premiere. The artist starts from a personal story: her grandfather was one of the victims of the bombing that devastated Nantes in September XNUMX. Once an adult, Ménard understands the absurdity of the famous Marshall Plan: organizing a destruction and managing the reconstruction following models of prefabricated houses. In the show, he builds a life-size Marshall Village out of cardboard.

The Puglia Showcase Kids events continue, the Puglia showcase of theater, dance, music, cuisine and food and wine - a project of the Puglia Region, Department of Tourism and Cultural Industry, Management and Territorial Development - conceived and created by the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese, which will be hosted at the NTFI until July 5. It starts at 9.30:2 at the Teatro Nuovo with Tutina e il cervo by and with Maristella Tanzi and Francesca Giglio. Created for girls and boys from 5 to 10.30 years old, the show tells of childhood's natural inclination to explore, of curiosity that turns into amazement and wonder and above all of trust and openness to meeting (repeat at 17:21). The Teatro Ragazzi events continue at XNUMX:XNUMX again at the Teatro Nuovo with Biancaneve, la vera storia, sets, lights, text and direction by Michelangelo Campanale, with Catia Caramia, Maria Pascale, Luigi Tagliente. In this show, the last of the seven dwarfs witnesses the arrival of a brave little girl, who prefers the protection of the unknown forest to the familiar but dark gaze of her mother. A mountain of rags, thanks to the actors, becomes veils, balls, gloves, bellies, and even dolls/puppets that take on strong feelings such as tenderness, memory and the processing of loss.
At 22.30:5 pm the usual appointment with the Dopofestival is scheduled in the Romantic Garden of Palazzo Reale, which until July XNUMXth hosts the Puglia Village, the initiative offers aperitifs with the best of Puglia's food and wine (wines, craft beers, street food) together with concerts by Puglian musicians.
