The Campania Region is making nearly €21 million available to municipalities from the national allocation for the provision of textbooks to students from families experiencing economic hardship. "This is a very important measure that represents concrete help for many families in overcoming their daily challenges," says Lucia Fortini, Councilor for Education, Youth Policies, and Social Policies for the Campania Region. "This is why we have repeatedly urged the Ministry of Education (MIUR) to ensure the funds reach their recipients quickly. Many have been waiting for this. Today, I am happy to reiterate that in Campania, the right to education remains at the top of the regional government's agenda."
