Building abuses, property seized in Cesa: 5 investigated, including the mayor

Cesa. Five people, including the mayor, managers, administrative technicians of the Municipality of Cesa are under investigation in an investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of Naples North where the crimes of abuse of office, building abuse, material forgery committed by a public official, material forgery committed by a private individual and fraud are alleged, for facts dating back to 2016. Everything revolves around some building amnesties granted by the municipal administration to the owner of a property seized today by the Carabinieri of Aversa and Cesa. The suspects, in various capacities, allegedly issued, among other things, a false payment slip for 7.000 euros to condone a property to be used for the resale of a car dealership in via Caravaggio. The investigating judge accepted the request of the Prosecutor's Office of Naples North, which coordinated the investigations with the acquisition of all documentary and administrative documents. Along with the mayor, Enzo Guida, the head of the UTC, Luigi Massaro, and the administrative director of the local authority, Salvatore Sarpo, are involved in the investigation. The charges of forgery, abuse of office, building abuse and fraud are contested in various capacities also to the owner of the business, the entrepreneur from Sant'Antimo Giovanni Cammisa, and to a biased technician, Tammaro Massaro. The sum of which all trace has been lost is around 7.500 euros.
