The €12 menu includes one pizza, one soft drink, coffee, dessert, or gelato. The pizzas, however, remain traditional thanks to the 45 wood-fired ovens set up along over a kilometer of the Neapolitan waterfront village, with great UNESCO-recognized masters. The pizzerias, including one for celiacs, are ready to offer four types of pizza: Margherita, Marinara, Specialita' della Casa, and Pizza Ferrarini with cooked ham. But at Pizza Village, the world's most famous dish is also taught through pizza lessons at the NPV Class, whose registration fees will be donated to a scholarship fund at MIP, the Metropolitan Institute of Pizza. In addition to learning how to make pizza at home, students will receive a certificate, a pizza-making kit, an apron, and a pizza chef's hat. The first two lessons on opening day were led by two international master pizza chefs: Gino Sorbillo and the 2013 World Champion, Davide Civitiello.
