Arzano. Abuse of office in competition, two former administrators of the majority led by Fiorella Esposito in trouble. Former Senesi waste company under the control of the dissolved administration. Blitz of the Carabinieri in the town hall: invoices, documents and prefectorial orders of assignment to the current Gema Consortium were also seized. A meticulous investigation that does not exclude possible and new judicial developments with the involvement of other administrators, the one that involves with the issuing of two notices of investigation, the former leading politician of the former government majority Rosario Errichiello – defined as a real vulnus in the documents of the dissolution for Camorra -, and the former councilor for urban hygiene Gennaro Sensale. According to the first accusatory hypotheses written down by the Prosecutor's Office of Naples North following the investigations of the military of the Arma di Arzano, the two allegedly "ordered" the former waste company Senesi SpA to proceed with the removal of waste from well-known catering businesses and local industries in violation of the rules that regulate the proper functioning of public administration. Procuring an unfair advantage to commercial activities causing serious damage to the public health of citizens. Since, with the operations requested even on unscheduled days, they exhausted the additional quotas foreseen by the specifications causing financial damage to the entity and creating, in doing so, a real waste emergency with the company unable to recover the remaining waste from domestic users. Obviously these are the initial stages of an investigation that could reveal a real system made up of alleged blackmail, "domesticated" and "piloted" information according to the political directions of the moment and party, missed payments with the direct management of contracts in the city with possible investigative findings. The investigation could have started following numerous complaints from the former mayor herself, who in doing so would have uncovered yet another black page for the city. The two suspects are both to be declared innocent until a final sentence is reached. (gdn)
