In short, a new legal blow has been brought to the attention of the Arzano municipal police command, currently led by new Commander Luigi Maiello, who must confirm the conviction of the Arzano municipal police officer on appeal. The charges range from false accusations to aggravated threats against the municipal engineer GDA, intended to coerce him into committing false documents to facilitate the construction violations committed by the officer. The appeal ruling, following the first-instance ruling by President Miele of the Court of Naples North, was issued by the 4th Criminal Section, which reduced the sentence by only two months but upheld the entire prosecution.
