Ilda Boccassini, a magistrate symbol of the Milan prosecutor's office, a former member of the Mani Pulite toga, a protagonist in the country's judicial history, will retire on December 8. The plenum of the Superior Council of the Judiciary today unanimously approved the resolution that provides for her retirement due to having reached the age limit. Boccassini has been a prosecutor in some of the most important trials of the Milan prosecutor's office. She is among the magistrates who dealt with the Capaci and via D'Amelio massacres, and her name is linked to the trials involving Silvio Berlusconi, from Imi-Sir to the Ruby case.
