"At the end of September," De Luca continued, "another competition will begin to hire 6.600 young people at job centers. I don't understand why the navigators aren't demonstrating in front of ANPAL: what should the Region do? I'm against navigators being able to do two jobs. No one has explained to us what they're for. Our job centers have said they don't need any help. ANPAL hasn't agreed anything with the Region. We live in a region where, if you sign half a permanent employment contract, six months later they arrive at the Region asking to be hired without a competition. The Region has nothing to do with it, because it doesn't need anything. When ANPAL conducted the selection process, the agreement was clear. I support the navigators if they go to battle at ANPAL.
