The 53-year-old man from Marcianise is untraceable and currently ineligible for trial. He is on trial for violating his duty of family support after abandoning his wife and children, running away with the most common excuse: he needed to buy cigarettes. However, when he left home in 2013, he never returned, leaving his wife and children without support. This led to the complaint (the civil parties are represented by lawyer Nicola Musone), which led to the trial before the sole judge of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Dello Stritto. However, the husband has not yet been found, although he is now believed to be in Germany. For this reason, the judge has ordered him to be found abroad for trial. The hearing has been postponed.
