Castellammare. There were moments of fear this evening in Castellammare. On Via Brin, debris fell from a building at number 28, and only by chance did the rocks miss a pedestrian. Firefighters and traffic police were on site, cordoning off the building entrance and conducting structural checks at the point where the rocks fell. Residents of the historic center are protesting both the state of many of the area's buildings and the increased traffic resulting from the closure of Via Duilio, especially with the passage of large trucks headed for Fincantieri, which cause the buildings to shake with every pass.
