Giugliano. "Innovation and Tradition... the Montessori Method": this coming Monday at Giugliano's 5th Educational District. This eagerly awaited event follows the inauguration of the first Montessori section by the school principal, Professor Sabrina Zinno, in the presence of Giugliano's Mayor, Antonio Pozziello. The school's flagship Montessori section, recognized by the USR (Italian Regional School Office) and the Opera Nazionale Montessori in Rome, will be held in the school auditorium. The next important event will be Monday, September 23rd. The agenda will be the First Conference "Innovation and Tradition... the Montessori Method," dedicated to the new "Light Backpack" primary school curriculum, in line with the National Digital School Plan, between tradition and innovation. Luisa Franzese, Director General of the Campania Regional School Office, and Lucia Fortini, Regional Councilor for Education for the Campania Region, will participate in the conference. Thanks to the commitment of the new headmaster, Zinno, the State Educational Directorate "V° Circolo" of Giugliano in Campania is focusing on innovation and revitalizing its teaching methods. Innovative learning environments and ongoing training will characterize the process objectives of the school's improvement plan, and all strategies for implementing the curriculum plan will be implemented.
