Footballer Antoine Griezmann has expressed his support for suspending matches due to homophobic insults and chants. He said this yesterday evening to RTL, after his France team's 3-0 victory over Andorra in the Euro 2020 qualifying match. "If we interrupt matches, people won't be happy and will stop doing it," explained the Barcelona player, who had already appeared on the front page of the LGBT-themed magazine "Tetu" last May with the title "Enough homophobia in football."
