Musician, composer, arranger, band leader and artistic producer of Francesco De Gregori, already working with Lucio Battisti, Mia Martini, Anna Oxa, Lucio Dalla, Ivano Fossati, Umberto Tozzi and Loredana Bertè, Guido Guglielminetti is one of the pillars of the Italian music scene. In his new book, “Essere… basso”, Guglielminetti lays himself bare and lays bare what have been his most important collaborations, giving us an extract of the history of Italian music.
For the occasion, the book (published by the Agropoli-based L'ArgoLibro) will be presented around the province of Salerno.
The presentation will be enriched by an acoustic live performance featuring Guglielminetti himself accompanied by the singer-songwriter from Agropoli Luciano Tarullo and the musicians Roberto Guariglia and Rosario Tedesco.
During the live show, the most famous songs written by the Turin musician will be performed, with the addition of some unreleased “gems”.
Within the same acoustic set, Luciano Tarullo, also the organizer of this mini-tour, will play some songs from his latest studio work, “L'isola” in a totally new guise.
"I am very happy to have had the opportunity to organize this series of presentation dates for Guido's book - says Luciano - Above all, very honored given the importance he has within Italian music. It will be special to play my songs accompanied by a great like him and I will always thank him for giving me this opportunity".

Summer of tight controls in Amalfi Coast and in Cilento, where the Salerno Financial Police has turned the spotlight on the world of tourist rentals. The toll is heavy: out of dozens of inspected properties, 68 were found to be irregular, while another 49 are still under investigation. This data captures a widespread and deep-rooted phenomenon, where illegal activities and non-compliance with regulations threaten not only the healthy economy, but also the safety and rights of workers.
The investigations uncovered operators completely unknown to the tax authorities, VAT evaders, and lacking any health and safety authorizations. Tax-exempt income exceeding €100 was also discovered, indicating a parallel system that is damaging the market and public coffers. Particularly significant is the violation of the National Identification Code, mandatory since 2025: in 34 cases, it was not requested, displayed, or communicated, effectively rendering the businesses invisible to the ministerial census.
Moments of terror this morning in Ispani, a small town in the Salerno area, where a violent fire devastated an attic along Provincial Road 110. The blaze, which broke out in the early hours of the morning, sowed panic among residents, alarmed by thick black smoke and a pungent odor that filled the neighborhood.
The beauty of the Cilento, with its breathtaking coastline and charming villages, attracts thousands of tourists every year. But, unfortunately, it also attracts scammers. Fenailp Turismo has raised the alarm about summer rental fraud, a rapidly growing phenomenon that is claiming victims in Ascea, Castellabate, Palinuro, and other towns.
The scheme is now tried and tested, exploiting users' trust and their desire to find a good deal. Scammers create fake listings on online platforms, using photos of homes that actually exist, but aren't theirs. Sometimes, the images are stolen directly from social media or other rental sites. Tourists, attracted by attractive prices and the apparent reliability of the property, pay deposits of up to €800. Disappointment and a bitter surprise come when it's time to take possession of the property: the house doesn't exist or doesn't belong to the fake landlord, who has since disappeared with the money.
